Burger King - Colma

There are only a handful of Burger Kings remaining on the Peninsula, and this one has been remodeled. Overall, the service here is pretty good. The staff is friendly and they prepare your order fairly quickly. I've noticed that using the app to place an order significantly speeds things up. I recently tried pre-ordering and picking up through the drive-thru, and that process went really smoothly.

Given that it's a drive-thru, they should have a few menu items ready to go to avoid long lines stretching out to the street due to their slow order fulfillment. The manager really needs to ensure that they don’t handle food after touching dirty cash and credit cards, as this is very unsanitary. This is also the slowest Burger King in the Bay Area, and to top it off, my burger didn’t even have melted cheese. In-N-Out offers a better taste, value, and overall experience.

They really need to hire more staff. The service was terrible. It took about 15 minutes to get my order taken. If you want any service, you have to go through the drive-thru, and even then, the wait is quite long.

Every time I go here the staff is super nice to me. This is the only BK my Grandma and late Grandpa like... So it's a bit sentimental to me. All the food is neatly made. Service is always friendly to me.

What a bad service, I waited 26 minutes for my order, is this fast food? I placed my order on the app so as not to wait long, but everything went wrong, I saw 7 people working in this restaurant, this is useless, there is poor organization.
