Very well located in the heart of the old town, we discovered the restaurant a Christmas market weekend. The dynamic but effective welcome of the patronage allowed us to have a table one day of great affluence. We took place in a tastefully decorated room where the paintings on the walls looked at the city. The small antipasti of mouthing is always welcome, especially when without knowing it again...the wait will be long. Almost too long, we almost left. Fortunately, he was worth being patient. Attractive dressage, perfect cooking of deer hazel married to blueberries. Quality of products and recognized chef. An Asian character merged with Alsatian terroir products: just and good idea. We had a good time despite that. Finally, we were told that the stove workforce was reduced due to sick personnel. We leave the restaurant with indulgence. Thank you.
