Írjon visszajelzéstThe customer service at the Bandarawela New Olive Shop was very poor. I ordered seafood fried rice for 850 rupees, but they charged me 950 rupees on my debit card. When I complained about this, I had to wait 5 minutes for assistance. The man at the cashier only gave me 100 rupees back without offering any apology for the mistake. The food preparation was also very slow, and we had to wait 20 minutes to pick up our order.
This restaurant is cozy and offers high-quality food, making it great for a family dinner. They only offer a Chinese menu for lunch, but it is a kid-friendly option.
When we entered the restaurant, it was nearly empty, but it took them almost an hour to bring out only half of our order - just two out of three dishes. Their only explanation was that they were busy.
SERIOUSLY without a doubt this is the worse restaurant I have ever been. this is the only restaurant who serve beef fried rice without beef and mix noodles without any meat, food is not tasty at all. Customer service is worse than the food, they don't know to treat the customers and not willing to take complains in a good way, I don't know why they charge 15% service charge without giving any service.. I would never go to this place again or never recommend to anyone....
The food we ordered was not at all tasty, The beef fried rice was just plain rice and the mixed fried noodles was far worse than that no taste at all. Compared to the prices range the food is not at all up to expected standard. When complained the waiter was just arguing with us, didn't bother to do anything. Customer service is so bad, not friendly at all. Never recommend this place to anyone.
