Monroe Market - Colonial Beach

The wine was wonderful... Kathy and crew were delightful!

Yesterday, my husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this new and promising winery. While we enjoyed our wine tasting, we took in the surroundings and appreciated the relaxing atmosphere. The wines were excellent, and the service was outstanding. Lesla and KiKi were incredibly nice and welcoming! If you're a fan of cedar, you'll love the pumpkin apple wine as well! We can't wait to return and enjoy sitting by the bay.

We had a wonderful experience at the tasting! Everyone left with at least one bottle and some lovely sweet wine glasses. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Colonial Beach!

As others have noted, Monroe Market is comprised of a coffee shop and a tasting room for Ingleside Vineyards. I've only been to the tasting room, but it's become a favorite spot for my wife and me whenever we visit Colonial Beach. The wine is fantastic, and the service is excellent—extremely friendly and accommodating. There's nothing better than relaxing on their patio with a chilled glass of wine, enjoying the view of Colonial Beach!
