These are the best perpetrators I've ever eaten. Seriously cost very gourmet. The corn was as moist as bread. And the Salsas were so fresh! Topped my Tinga chicken with salsas and forager acid cream. I got her on the farmer's market in Woodland Park. Thank you for the extraordinary taste journey!

I wasn't much of a tamal fan or a fan of black beans until I had lunch here. Tested the chicken green Chile tamales and it was very good. Came with one side of beans and rice, both were very tasteful. The owner is very nice. I'll go more often. Attention: You are not open every day and the food is very small. Just a few tables.

The tamales were outstanding! The flavors and spices in the red chili pork and green chili chicken were amazing! We also enjoyed the vegetarian poblano sweet corn tamales as well. We greatly appreciate the healthier version without lard from this establishment. We will return for more!
