Captain D's - Colorado Springs

This was by far the most disappointing visit I've had at captain D's. The one gentleman in the back was doing everything (Bless him) but the register (cooking, greeting customers). The guy at the register barely moved, did not greet us and starred at us. I ordered a 3 piece fish and only got part of my fish and only 1 side. Had to ask 3 times for the rest of my food and finally recieved the items right before I left and had already finished our food. I remember the french fries being amazing and battered... these were horrible, Tasted like frozen fries that were microwaved. The fish was just okay, the bottoms were very soggy. I will not be back which is disappointing as I have such fond memories of how good this place use to be and raved about it to my friends.

Typically a good place but today I ordered a 3 piece battered fish meal and they not only gave me the wrong type of fish but they also only gave me two pieces. I understand if they didn’t have anymore of the fish we ordered but they should have warned us and still given us the amount we paid for or gave us a discount.

I can't believe I have lived here for 5 years I never got around to eating at this place till now. Great place to get some food very nice friendly staff.

I went to Captain D's on Gallery and Academy on 05/05/22 and was not happy with my order.They change the Fish and didn't tell me. I call back that night and the lady took my name and phone number,and said someone would call me the next day. I waited and no call back ,so I called again.they took my number again and nothing. I was very nice to them. I am a regular customer and they told me that the boss lady was the Gm and she would call . So I spent 41.00 dollars that night. The Gm at this store is not good ,but I understand if that's all you can get to work.thank you store 255548.

Very slow service. Orders wrong on 2 trips. If more than 2 workers they ignore you. If just 2 over a half an hour wait in drive thru. Food good when you get it.
