Falcon's And Grill - Colorado Springs

We decided to eat here out of convenience due to being guests at the hotel. They far exceeded all our expectations! Our food was hot and fresh, the salad bar was superb, and my daughter loved the free ice cream she got for her birthday. Our waitress Tammy was the warmest kindest person. We enjoyed chatting with her about our trip and local attractions. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.

I love the Falcon Bar and Grill. People are kind and take care of you. They are ready to go out their way to help you and you feel like home. The food there is absolutely wonderful. All types of options to choose from on the menu. We had our anniversary celebration there as well as my birthday party and the staff went out for both occasions. I would recommend it definately to everyone and go further there.

So glad I chose to come to this bar and grill! I was looking for a place to catch the UNLV vs Air Force game and figured they'd be showing it here. Upon request, they changed one of the TVs to the game with no problem. Great service already! I ordered the prime rib dip sandwich with fries and a side of ranch. Additional, I ordered a virgin sangria to enjoy the game with. That sandwich was one of the best prime rib ones I've had! The beef was cooked to perfection and with just the right amount of seasoning. Their fries were also cooked just right (crispy). There is unlimited salad and soup of the day while supplies last. I'm a huge fan of ranch...the ranch was great! I gave the bartender/server a challenge by ordering a virgin sangria. But boy, can he deliver! That sangria was perfectly sweet, mixed, and prepared! Great job, Michael! Food was real good and service was exceptional. I won't hesitate to return here next time I'm in the area. There's plenty of free parking outside and prices are reasonable.

Beautiful oasis-like restaurant room. Excellent Omlette Bar. Everything is spread, so come ready to hunt after what you need. Play also pool inside!

We ate at Falcon's Bar Grill at the Academy Hotel in Colorado Springs. Before I begin my review let me preface my review by saying that I have served and tended bar at one of the largest restaurants in all of Texas. That being said, when we were greeted at Falcon's we were greeted pleasantly and we were told we would have at least a 30 minute wait. We decided to go to the bar and order drinks while we waited. The service to that point was okay but not great. We were finally seated and that's when the magic happened. Our server Tammy greeted us with a big smile and empathized in regards to our wait time. During our dinner we, unintentionally, became high maintenance customers asking for things at every turn. You wouldn't know it from Tammy's warm smile and wonderful attitude. She seemed as though she truly enjoyed serving us no matter what the request or how many times we stopped her to ask for something else. When it was over she thanked us with what seemed to be the most genuine appreciation one could have for their patrons. As a manager let me compel you to promote Tammy immediately or risk losing one of the most talented individuals your business may come across. Have her teach all your employees how to deliver the same fast and friendly service to all your customers and your business will grow exponentially.
