Fire House Subs - Colorado Springs

This was my first visit to Fireworks, and I was really impressed. The customer service was excellent—Ali assisted me and made my experience even better. I loved the decor, and it's great to know that a portion of the proceeds goes towards helping firefighters save lives. What a fantastic initiative! Thank you!

My boss and I are eating together five to ten times a month. We went to the firehouse twice. The second time we went to the Academy and it was more fun today because of the staff. The team engaged customers with conversation. They worked hard and fast to serve us. Give these guys the Teamwork Award. Ali was the manager

If your order is wrong, although you are the only family in the restaurant, you know that you have gone to the wrong place. Staff need training. *Update We tried again, it was a much better experience. The food was good and the staff was nice. Update my 2 star rating on a 4.

The interior of the restaurant is clean, the staff is always friendly, and the subs taste like what Firehouse Subs suspects to taste like. There are really not many others that you can ask from a Firehouse Subs.

I just had a sandwich from there, and I have to say, I'm a big fan of vegetables. I ordered a sandwich and requested every type of vegetable they had. Eli took charge of my order, and he really went above and beyond. He made a massive sandwich quickly and was both courteous and friendly. This experience has convinced me to make the trip to this location, which is about 25 minutes from my workplace, just because of him. Eli truly embodies everything you could want in an employee.
