First Watch - Colorado Springs

Delicious food, top notch. I thought it would be expensive but it's really not too bad honestly. 10/10.

Cool little cafe. The staff was friendly and attentive.I had the Trifecta pancake, eggs and sausage. The pancake was fluffy and yummy. The eggs and turkey sausage were also good. I also had a Morning Meditation with an immunity boost from the juice bar. It was so delicious. I also had the opportunity to taste the kale cucumber juice which was also very delicious.

We had a truly wonderful experience here. It goes without saying the food was delicious. But more than that the service was truly stellar. Taylor was an incredible server and made us feel so special as we came through on our honeymoon. First Watch will be a must stop for us every time we are in Denver. Can’t recommend enough!

I normally do love first watch but I can’t get past the fact there was a bug in my food.

Very cute breakfast/brunch spot, love the decor and the staff are very friendly. We didn't wait long at all to be sat and greeted by our server. We all tried an item off their fall menu because it's for a limited time and unique options! We chose to share the churros, for it being an appetizer I didn't like that it came out with our main courses and they were cold and soggy. Very disappointing. I chose the eggs Benedict and it was delicious! The sweet and savory were just enough, and they let me substitute potatoes instead of toast. The hot chocolate was some of the best I've had, very sweet and not too hot.
