The place has been rebuilt and I had the privilege of meeting the new owner. She was really nice and the service was fast.
The food was truly exceptional. I enjoyed the steak pho, pork dumplings, egg rolls, and a coconut boba, all of which were outstanding. It was simply incredible. The only downside to my experience was the loud guests who kept insisting on ordering more food.
Fantastic food! I dined here about a year ago, and the food was just average, but today I stopped by for some boba tea and discovered a new owner! We struck up a conversation, and I decided to try the Pho (I ordered the P2), which turned out to be excellent! The place has gone from a 5/10 to a 10/10! The new owner, whom I believe is named Tavi, is a friendly and delightful individual who creates a warm atmosphere.
This is the best photo I've taken in Colorado! The broth is incredibly flavorful, with a variety of broth and noodle options to choose from. Unlike many other Pho restaurants where I usually add hoisin or sriracha generously, this dish stands on its own. While the bowls might be smaller compared to some other places, they are very generous with both the meat and vegetable portions. It truly feels like a complete and fulfilling meal rather than just a bowl of noodles in bland broth. You can tell it's a family-run establishment, which adds to the charm. The flavor is so authentic that it feels like the Pho you’d get if you visited your Vietnamese grandmother. It's definitely going to be my new go-to spot for Pho!
