Subway - Colorado Springs

Extremely disappointing. I ordered double meat but received nothing but bread. When I tried to call, no one answered. We spent $30 and ended up with the most underwhelming sandwiches.

I usually enjoy Subway sandwiches. I ordered the number one Philly cheese steak, toasted. The prices went up which I can understand but the sandwich was so thin the lettuce that they had out was turning brown, the pickle olives and onion bins were very low. I think I will try Jersey Mike's.

Went into the store with my wife at approximately 4 o’clock today Thursday, November 10 and two people are behind the counter neither employee acknowledged us. A girl came in from outside walked right past us never acknowledged us either. whoever owns the store you may want to revamp your staff maybe it was only 2 foot long do you lost today but times that over the course of the eight hour day in a week in a month in a year and not one person was in the store to be waited on as a customer except for us to pretty weak very disappointing walked out

This restaurant doesn't deserve any stars at all; the bacon was completely raw.

The restaurant is under new management, and the staff was incredibly friendly with a great sense of humor. My order came out faster than I expected, and the food was delicious. Christina, one of the employees, was especially delightful, sharing jokes and Subway puns that truly made my experience enjoyable.
