Western Omelette LLC - Colorado Springs

By far the best breakfast place in the city.... especially if Lauren is your waitress!!! I can be part of how Lauren works for me at my boutique in Old Colorado City from time to time, so I was excited to be our waitress for her!!! Lauren is the best waitress ever and the Western Omelet has the best breakfast ever!! PS- the green chili.... AMAZING!!!

If you only visit Colorado Springs, you should definitely fall into this breakfast place! Even on a busy day like Mother's Day, our food was as good as ever, although the Hasch brews were even better than usual I live for their red chili, and smash it over either the Chili Rellenos (well yes FOR BREAKFAST!!! or the super delicious breakfast quesadilla. My daughter ordered the foot wide monster pancakes and we were all impressed that it was done perfectly, inside and outside. You can be busy, but the food is worth waiting.

Always great breakfast. Amazing Chile and the best bacon in the city. A little prIcey, but it's worth it. Below on earth people and relaxed environment.

Huevos Rancheros! I'm going down from Denver to eat this! It's fire! I get it half and half tho because it's hot but delicious. When I bring my friends or family, they always enjoy the food. Take it too early because they close early. I think I tried to go at 2:30 and they stopped serving.
