Catfish Island - Colt

The food and service were terrific! Best hush puppies, catfish and fried pies! A great start to our cross- country trip.

The catfish fillets are delicious. They were not greasy and the breading was tasty but not too spicy. Everyone can eat the catfish. The hush puppies were good and plentiful but I like onion in mine, but it didn't stop me from over indulging. The slaw was good and my loaded potato was a nice size. The server was very good and had an unusual name All in all, I was very pleased with the food and the service. You should go!!

I have been going here every Saturday ever since it opened up the food was pretty good but when you start charging for tator sause that is pretty petty I don't think I will go back in there anymore and there fish has gotten pretty small and I wish them the best of luck

We ordered the FredDad's Special to share. It was good. No complaints on the food. The menu shows it for $19.99 we ordered 2 waters for drinks. Nothing else. So tax is $4.21? Or they charged me for something extra? Who knows? I didn't get an itemized receipt.

My favourite seafood restaurant! Had the 3pc catfish with baked potato n a basket of hushpuppies n fried coconut pies. The hushpupies is yumny n not to forget the icecream too! My two good friends, Mr Jack n wife had the same too!
