TGI FRIDAYS Columbia MO

I specifically picked this hotel because of the restaurant it had. We don't have a TGIFridays in my hometown, but I remember enjoying the one in the town I grew up in.

The customer service at this restaurant was exceptional, however, the food was only average. It was nothing special and seemed a bit overpriced, especially the beverages. Charging over $4 for a To Go Coke seemed excessive.

After a tiring day of traveling, we were in need of a satisfying hot meal before heading back to our hotel. Unfortunately, we should have chosen a different restaurant. We were promptly seated...

We arrived minutes prior to our OpenTable Reservation and was told we still had to wait minutes, we could visibility see our reservation on the screen at the hostess desk, When asked what the purpose of using OpenTable was the hostess walked away to go check with someone it was obvious she had no knowledge of how opentable work another hostess came over we told her we had an OpenTable reservation and she seated us immediately. I think with a little training of hostesses the first encounter could have been avoided

We love tgifs. Staff here are always busy but always friendly
