I'm really sad you permanently close It was convenience and had best cookies and pastry Like chocolate chip cookies
I’ve consistently enjoyed the baked goods from this place. They strike a great balance in flavors without being overly sweet. The Tres Leche cake is fantastic, and their croissants are among the best in town. I also love their carbonates—flaky pastries filled with delicious vanilla cream. They offer a nice selection of cold Mexican drinks, which is always a treat. The prices are surprisingly reasonable considering the quality. The staff is really friendly, and the self-service setup—using tongs and a tablet to choose your items before heading to the counter to pay—was a bit intimidating at first, but I now consider it my favorite Mexican bakery.
The staff was friendly without being intrusive while I made my selections. So far, everything my boyfriend and I tried was absolutely delicious. The breads were melt-in-your-mouth good, and the sweet treats were perfectly balanced—not overly sugary, which can sometimes be an issue with Mexican desserts. My boyfriend claimed the churros were the best he's had since leaving Chicago ten years ago. If you're looking for a delightful bakery that captures the essence of homemade goodness, I highly recommend this little gem. We will definitely be back!
This restaurant is a clean and welcoming spot with a wide variety of delicious options. If you're looking for a savory treat, I recommend trying the croissants or the little pigs (Gießbrot). For those with a sweet tooth, the raisin and cream cheeses are truly a work of art.
