Heights Bakery - Columbia Heights

This place is an average donut shop. It?s not awful, but there?s not much different from other small shops. I guess 9am is too late on a Thursday? They had some decent donuts, and they get a lot of business. Could def be worse. I think an average personwould find this place just fine

Solid donuts that seem very traditional to me and perfect for the long twisted style. Also seem to have fresh moist apples in the fritters which I don't think I've run into before but enjoyed, banana ones were great too. If you call ahead you can get youpick of the menu even if you can get there til later

Absolutely delicious! I had the long john donut, cranberry orange muffin, and coffee cake, and everything was fantastic—especially the coffee cake! I really wish I could have taken a picture of all the pastries displayed yesterday. Regardless, the baked goods are full of flavor and truly delightful!

This place offers an excellent variety of donuts and pastries. It's a cozy spot, and they have a limited capacity for customers inside, which means there's usually a line outside, but it's definitely worth the wait! And don't overlook their bread—I picked up a loaf of onion rye, and it's absolutely delicious.

I absolutely love this bakery, and it seems I'm not alone! The pastries and breads here are incredible. It's definitely worth the 15-minute wait on a Saturday morning.
