Bj's Brewhouse

This seems to be a constant when ordering from Doorash. It is either poor packaging or the quality of food is terrible. In this order I was expecting a full rack of ribs, sauces, mashed potatoes and fried onion. I got no sauces, no fried onions and a half rack. The half rack had verglittkle sauce and was very dry. It was obvious the person who filled the order did not expect me to come back to the store and asmforthe right order. I drove to the resturant and the manager replaced meal free of charge. While I feel compensated, it should not have come to me having to speak to a manager and driving to the store. Even when Igor the new order, they left out the mash potatoes but idiscovered it before ifwas too late. BJs please do better. Especially, when it comes to your delivery orders.

Im beginning to think that this locations motto is to skimp like a miser on delivery orders. This is the SECOND time that Ive gotten, basically, a big cracker with nothing on it. Id ordered the California Club Flatbread, and there were 4 half cubes of avocados and 5 of the tiniest pieces of chicken on the entire Flatbread and OMG the tomatoes they normally put on there...I saw 1... NEXT, the Build Your Own Pizza Mini I paid over $27 for was like McDonalds and the 1 pickle per burger rule. EVERYTHING I added had only 2 pieces of it on the ENTIRE mini. I paid A LOT for each add on. Oh, they didnt skimp on the pizza sauce, but this isnt Chuck E Cheese. When youre paying the upcharge just to use DoorDash, you expect your order to be, at least, more complete. So, either this location is often running out of food items, has money issues or has the McDonalds rule, but Im not spending my heard earned money on this store again.

You can never go wrong with BJs. The food is always fresh! My favorite dishes are the Hickory Brisket And Bacon Burger and Mushroom Swiss Burger. The Loaded Nachos are also a huge portion.

I recently revisited this restaurant after several years. While dining with a colleague in California, I decided to give it another try after a long absence. My experience was positive, and I was pleased with my visit.

WE'RE BACK! BJ's is a great spot to catch a sporting event. After encountering unfriendly bartenders and a pesky gnat problem, we decided to take a break from BJ's for a while.
