Chick N' Friends - Columbia

I highly recommend trying this restaurant. The ambiance is fantastic, the dishes are fresh, and the customer service is excellent. Outstanding job!

Who's that? No one ever answers the phone and when they do, they are rude. Even if you order via the phone, the order will take forever to get. Customer service is terrible! The place is extremely dirty. The only reason they are still half in service is because their food is good. If you post your hours online, you should be open when people call or come. I came to DURING business hours yesterday and called and the door was locked and they were not on their phones. The same thing this morning. I'll be surprised if they're in business for another month. That's crazy. The owners must be up!

I ordered the 3pc with two sides. The chicken was very well seasoned and was so juicy and delicious. Mac and cheese were so cheesy and cooked for perfection. The greens were good. It was a lot of food for the price. I'm definitely interested in the fish dinner next time.

I can only give this place three stars due to the friendly young lady with short hair who works there. It used to be much better when they were at the Long Reach Shopping Center. While the chicken is decent, it's not what it used to be. The restaurant is now under new management, and the prices seem to be quite high. They were out of catfish, and the price for the whiting was significantly higher than before. I'll have to look for another spot to satisfy my fried food cravings in the future.

This place has the best wings to me hands down. I ate em too fast to even think about taking a pic. I like everything they make. It was definitely worth the wait time. Cashier said your order will be up in fifteen minutes... lies.
