Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse Columbia

This is a great concept. It’s fun. if you’re hungry, this is the place to go. You pretty much start at the salad bar soon after you sit down and the gauchos come continually with everyone of the meats. We found the quality to be quite good. The meat is a little salty. Overall we enjoyed it.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. The staff, who are gauchos, are fantastic - friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The salad bar is fully stocked with a wide variety of items. The sauces and dressings are top-notch. Overall, this is an excellent place to eat!

The food was good! Parking was the worst part about our outing, we had to park a few blocks away but besides that everything was great!

We had a great server. The food did not taste the best, my opinion.

Experience was great. The meats were good had a different seasoning to it. We really enjoyed ourselves. Definitely will be back.
