Fazoli's - Columbia

I had the chicken parmesan, and it was surprisingly good for fast food. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, and the service was quick. I'd definitely consider going back. We used to have a location in my town, but it unfortunately closed for some reason. I would recommend it to a friend. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but I suppose that's just how things are these days.

What an interesting experience. I have never been to a 'fast-food ' Italian restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. They have easy self serve kiosks to place your order as well as a cashier if you 'd prefer. The food itself was pretty good too with good portions. Both of our combo meals were right around $11-12. Both our meals came with bread sticks too, which I was not expecting. All around a pretty good experience. I will certainly be returning sometime soon.

Outstanding food and exceptional staff. Even if it takes me weeks or months to return to this part of town, the staff always recognizes me and treats me like family—every single time. I can't think of any other place that offers such service. The food is also incredible. Today, I had the spaghetti with meat sauce, and it was simply divine; it practically melted in my mouth. The tenderness and the sauce were just phenomenal. I can't praise this particular location enough. The consistency of their service, friendly staff, and high-quality food keeps me coming back for more. I have visited their other location on Two Notch, and the experience was so disappointing that I will never return there.

Everything we tried was truly fantastic, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. I absolutely loved this restaurant; they've definitely gained a loyal customer!

This was my bf and i first time going here. The food is not only tasty but so fresh and delicious. They do have a drive thru where you can place your order. The staff here is super friendly and professional. I got the loaded bakes spaghetti and he go the chicken Alfredo. We cant wait to din here once again
