Geisha Sushi Bar Restaurant - Columbia

We came in around 5:30pm on a Saturday with a group of 16. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us, but within about 5-10 minutes they arranged things for us to sit as one large group. The atmosphere and decor was really cool. A cloud installation that lights up covers part of the ceiling along with umbrellas. Everyone’s sushi look beautiful and fresh! I wasn’t feeling like having sushi that night and got the Tonkatsu Chicken Steak. I also paid a bit extra to add shrimp. It was beautifully plated and so colorful. It was also a larger portion than I expected so I got to take the rest home for another meal. I thought the price was very reasonable for the quality and amount I received. I paid around $18-20. I highly recommend this place!

This was an average experience. The menu was disappointly very limited. Food was ok, not outstanding. Was disappointed in lack of items such as tuna and Oyster sauce. The food presentation was nice, restaurant was quiet, but was surprised by rap music. Wait staff was able to discuss the menu but unable to stray to answer questions.

Wow this place went down hill. This used to be my go to spot in Como, infact 5 months ago I left a 5 star review. The service is barely alive. I wanted Miso and they just... Decided not to make me any? The water just shrugged at me when I walked over and asked. The sushi has lost its flavor. The edamame was undercooked. And lord it took forever to get the food, the check, ect. Overpriced and no longer worth it. Go to Hoshi in Fulton or hyvee

INCORRECT PRICING, CHANGED ON BILL, NO UP-TO-DATE MENUS AVAILABLE They have an online menu, which is normal and not the issue. The online menu states a lunch special is one price, but the bill came back higher for the special. I asked them why, and to show me where the price came from. The physical menus they handed me didn't even have the item on the menu, it was outdated. They said their online menu was outdated as well, despite this being a new item. I paid their higher price to avoid further issues, but overall ASK WHAT THE PRICES ARE WHEN YOU ORDER TO AVOID BEING SURPRISED WITH A HIGHER BILL
