Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I had a frustrating experience at the Red Robin in Columbiana Mall. The bartender made an error with my drink, and unfortunately, it hasn't been resolved. Overall, I'm disappointed with my visit.

I arrived just before 10:00 and was told that the wait would be 30 minutes, despite there being many empty tables. We waited and were seated about 10 minutes before another group arrived and was seated immediately. I approached the host, but she completely ignored me and didn't acknowledge my presence at all. Frustrated, I turned around and left. We walked across the street to Denny's, where we received a message that our table was ready. No thank you, Red Robin. With service like that, I won't be coming back.

Andy provided excellent service during our visit. Although there was a slight issue with our order, the staff addressed it right away, and the manager even came to ensure everything was resolved properly. The food was delicious—definitely a chain, but the burger was outstanding!

Lovely service. Waitress was the best ever. She came through with the recommendations. Food was fast and great! Margarita is worth it.

I ordered fried pickles, a southern burger, with yukon fries, my husband went with steak fries and another burger I can't remember the name... ordered cocktails, I had the sand in my shorts and then the red Robin lemonade with strawberry... yukon fries were not crunchy were hard! Had a bad time eating them I didn't finish them. As if they were old, is it the way yukon fries are supposed to be? The lemonade was horrible, only good was the strawberries, the lime or lemon juice was completely artificial, had no real sweet and sour taste, was pure water some sugar and artificial plastic aftertaste. We really liked our waitress she was very nice.
