Taco Bell - Columbia

Left off sour cream nacho cheese and shredded cheese from my order, fries were still frozen, they couldn't even find my order when I pulled up for my prepaid mobile order.

The staff inside the restaurant refused to serve us and insisted we use a kiosk due to their laziness. The food was watery and poorly prepared. Additionally, the dining area was in need of proper maintenance.

The restaurant completely disregards customer experience. Despite my numerous attempts to seek help through calls and emails, I have not received any response. I have not been refunded for an order where I received no food, nor for the double charge due to the cashier's error. It is truly shocking how terrible their customer service is.

I believe they are understaffed as there was no one taking orders. Customers have to order from the kiosk, but there are no signs indicating this. I waited until someone informed me that I had to order myself. There are only 2 kiosks available, and one of them is broken. I placed my order using the app for in-store pickup, but my order was not placed on the pickup shelf. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, I had to ask for my order, which was already prepared and sitting behind the counter. I paid $2.19 for only 7 chips, and the burrito was very small. Overall, it was not worth the money and I was not impressed. This was definitely the worst experience I have had at this restaurant.

This location is a tragedy.. the costumer service is non existent. The orders are never right or consistent and the ingredients are never the same in any items you order..this is a cooperate nightmare I’m surprised this location is still open.. at times it seems like all staff is outside smoking weed. Or selling drugs or on them.. some consistency would be nice. But cooperate needs to evaluate this location badly.. do better
