Wendy's - Columbia

I had a terrible experience at the restaurant. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were quite rude. The young employees at the drive-thru struggled to take our order correctly and had difficulty calculating our total accurately.

Whondy's staff show a complete lack of respect for customers. They keep people waiting in the drive-thru for a long time, and it's quite hot outside, but they don't seem to care. If you mention their slow service, they act as if it's rude for you to even bring it up. I've decided to go to Burger King instead, and I recommend you do the same.

The food at Wendy's is quite good. The meal was well-put together and did not appear crushed or wilted, unlike what you might find at some other fast food places.

I ordered a number nine with a double burger meal and a 6 piece chickening and they gave me only five chickening bugs and it was kind of hard, but except that the service is great food: 3/5

We went at around noon on a Saturday, restaurant was very clean and service was great. Everyone was very kind. Food came out as ordered and was very good. At the end someone must have heard our kids asking us for ice cream because we were given a couple of Jr. Frostys! This will be our go to Wendy’s in this area from now on! Thank you!
