Wendy's - Columbia

1st and last. no line inside. I saw something dirty. workers did not seem to want to be there. some days I feel the same. the 1 star is eating was cold, I went in! although there is a short trip back, I was was wasting gas to go back. mad i was wasted money.

Man, the pommes were kind of cold, which was a lobster. but the driving wut was a straight toe, haha, and the only reason I will no longer go to this place.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service on June 30th at 9:30 AM. I went in to order breakfast, but the staff member who assisted me had a really unfriendly attitude. She looked at me with a mean expression and said it was still breakfast time, which felt uncalled for. I didn’t want to engage further, so I decided to leave. It’s frustrating to deal with such negativity, especially early in the morning. I noticed she was in charge of the drive-thru since she was wearing a headset.

The first time I visited, the food was quite good for a quick meal. The drive-thru experience was exceptionally pleasant.

The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The place wasn't crowded, which I appreciated. The only downside was the lack of hot water in the men's restroom.
