The driving staff is very unprofessional! I come constantly and it's always and keep in the window. they must have a better customer service. the manager who works in the morning with the beautiful colors is great, but the drive thru is bad in the customer service they need to do better. as they give me sauce, but don't smuggle my nuggets, and I ordered a 5 big bag.

Absolutely terrible experience. we are at 1150 clock, they close at 12a. the young lady takes our complete order and then goes quiet. we wait a few moments, call them out, but don't answer that we're going around. a young man on the window goes out, another one sits in with his phone in the hand and headphones. he finally comes into the window and says they don't hear me when I tell them, but we're from burger meat we have huh when they all want a chicken sandwich. we decided to go somewhere else. how to run from burgerfleisch . if you didn't want to serve us at the end of the night, just say that.

The inability of this place does not know bounds. not only are they completely disorganized not to hear, but then rude, because they are screwed and then they say oh no they have to go back to get the rest of their order because they cannot do their work properly and then they do not even offer one entry to prove what was on their order. I understand that it is probably not her favorite job to serve other people, but if that is the case, they should probably get out of customer service and find something where they do not have to interact with the public.

I have low expectations of fast eating in these days, but this place is sooo bad. incredible, terrible service. I wouldn't use the toilet room here, never eat here again.

We were very excited to try the strawberry frosty but our bubble was busted. We paid for the frosty and received them NO SPOONS. I was told they didn’t have any spoons. I THEN TOLD them I didn’t want them and was told that they could not refund me. We are about to take a drive I said and this will not work for me. They did not care and manager said nobody else had a problem.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Staff needs training
