Ampersand Asian Supper Club - Columbus

I thoroughly enjoyed this amazing restaurant. I sat at the bar and was so impressed with the kindness and efficiency of the staff. Food was incredible. I had the calamari and tonkotsu ramen with duck. The toppings were all well prepared andcomplimented the dish perfectly. I couldn't believe how tasty the calamari was, it was so tender and had a great dipping sauce.Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my first experience here! I visited for lunch on a Monday and it wasn't busy so we got right in. Staff was warm and inviting, loved the ambience, and the food was fresh and delicious. Loved that there are various vegan options! I got theFungus Among Us ramen bowl vegan style, edamame and my friend got the teryaki chicken rice bowl. I'll be back!

Our reason for dining here was our son was celebrating his 16th birthday and had read about this neat little restaurant in the short north. We were greeted with kindness and hospitality by the staff and somewhat wowed by the classic yet modern vibe from the decor to the architectural lines. The food was out of this world, (which at $14+ per person for the lunch menu, one would hope it would be) it certainly lived up to the word on the street. I had the pork belly sandwiches on Asian steam buns. Between the bacon like crispiness of the pork belly and the mild tang of the slaw and sauce oh and not to mention the delicately delightful steam buns, my mouth was quite delighted. I also had the chicken dinner raman bowl that had all the right flavors to round off my meal. My wife and the birthday boy had the Ahi Tuna rice bowl which was amazing as well (I stole some from them) the rest of our families meals were just as tasty as ours however I was too stuffed to try anymore. All in all our family of 8 was around $150.00 before the gratuity (we got starters as well which made things a little higher). I would love to go back but maybe next time just my wife and I.

This review is LONG overdue, I think the 5 stars speaks for itself. From the food to the hospitality of the employees, everything is on point. I've tried basically everything on the menu and not one thing disappointed. If you love calamari this is possibly the best at least in columbus. Oh and their matcha cheesecake is one of a kind

Great food! The happy hour menu was a pleasant surprise and contributed to a higher than expected consumption of sake and steam buns.
