I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and communication was lacking. I waited for several minutes while watching only one car go through the drive-thru. Then, I was asked over the loudspeaker to wait again. With only a few minutes to spare, I decided to leave. This reminded me why I rarely order food from there anymore.
The drive was closed so we had to go to order. the floor in the lobby was tacky, as if he had not chopped one. some of the sprouts were empty. it was like no one who took care of the state of the restaurant. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. at least the food was ok
This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had! The floors are dirty and sticky, and the carpet is disgusting. My pants got stuck to the chair! To top it off, the staff lost my order. I ended up asking for my money back instead of dealing with it. Is there a sound they can make to signify bad service, similar to a bell for good service? Arby’s should be embarrassed to keep this location open in such poor condition!
Worse experience. Staff was too busy entertaining themselves than working. From the moment I pulled up to order the guy just screamed inaudibly at me threw the intercom. When he finally did take my order he then preceded to make jokes about everything. He repeatedly went over my order with me. Like excessively clarifying what I wanted. He then told me my 3 sandwiches would be $55. Once I pulled up to the window I was met with hysterical laughter from two associates. They changed the amount I owed to a reasonable price. Then when I finally received my order. Even after the excessive clarifying, it was wrong.
