I heard him cursing under his breath every time he walked past me. EVERY TIME he walked past me. I was a guest but I'm sure the bride and groom would be disappointed if they knew this was happening on their special day. Please be kind and maybe take a breather next time if it starts to get overwhelming.
The restaurant offers a fantastic happy hour from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with $6 Martinis on Wednesdays and $6 Wines on Thursdays. While there isn't a wide variety of food options during happy hour, everything looked and smelled delicious. Unfortunately, my flatbread was slightly overcooked and could have used more toppings. I requested a side of creamy parmesan which improved the dish significantly. Overall, the food was decent.
I randomly decided to stop in at this restaurant while shopping at Easton and had an excellent experience! The bread was simple and plain, but fresh and baked perfectly. The Caesar salad was delicious and very fresh. I ordered the pasta brio, which was good, but the pasta alla vodka was the standout dish. The sauce was your typical vodka sauce, but the ricotta-filled pasta was absolutely fantastic! I would give it a 10/10. We finished our meal with tiramisu and coffee, which was the perfect end to a great meal. Our server was also very attentive and kind. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I have had better experiences at Brio in the past, but this time the first server, Deonie (I may have misspelled her name), was terrible. She forgot to bring out silverware, served us cold tea/coffee, rushed us to place our order, and had a bad attitude. After multiple complaints to management, we got a new server, Jose, who was amazing. He was pleasant, helpful, and even gave us a free dessert. I would give Jose a perfect score. Deonie, on the other hand, needs significant training and improvement in her attitude towards customers. I will be writing to corporate about my experience. Thank you, Jose, for making our night great!
It was OK but not spectacular. For hitting the $50+ per person for my date lunch with the wife it was not up to snuff. The Ceasar salad was mid grade (not bad but I likely wouldn't seek it out again). The latte was pretty good a bit of a surprise tbh. The margarita Flatbread had mixed reviews I liked it enough but my wife said she didn't enjoy it. The mushroom soup (of the day) was decent but not as good as I remember it. The main courses were alright but again not spectacular. We didn't get any alcohol and I only had 1 latte plus waters so the $100+ for the bill (including tip) seems too high.
