Checkers Rally's - Columbus

We did not get the extra bacon we ordered on any of our burgers. No chocolate milkshake. Three orders of funnel cake fries not delivered. My first time using door dash. Might be my last.

5 piece boneless wasn't boneless and the fries tasted like they were fried in the same oil as the funnel cake fries.

Usually pretty fast in line, always hot and fresh even when it's slow. If the staff was a little nicer it would be 5 stars but the place is great!

The food was tasty, but the wait was incredibly slow – it felt like it took forever. We spent over an hour in the drive-thru, but by that point, we were committed to staying. The staff were doing their best, given the circumstances.

The recent addition of new staff has greatly improved this location over the past month. Joe is still around from the early days, and it’s always nice to see him. The food is delicious and satisfying; after all, it’s Rally’s, not a high-end steakhouse in NYC, and you get great value for your money. I particularly enjoy the new Chicken Tenders, along with all my classic favorites. Overall, I’m very happy and love being a regular customer here.
