Chick-fil-a - Columbus

I visit this place often because I really appreciate the reward points!

I experienced poor service when I went to pick up my food. The delivery person went to the first car before mine, and although it wasn't their order, he completely ignored me and took my bag to another car. When I got to the window, he asked if I was Wendy. I tried to explain the mix-up, but he brushed me off. This left me feeling so frustrated that I lost my appetite.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was warmly welcomed with a cheerful "Good morning, sir," followed by a friendly "my pleasure." I truly appreciate being greeted with such kindness and respect. The food was excellent as well!

Service was fast, employees were nice. Recommend to stop and grab a bite to eat!

Chicken sand don't taste like it used too and why can't you get fries with no salt everybody can't eat salt.
