I can tell them exactly what we ordered. 1 loaded a1 burger combo, 3 blizzards, 1 vanilla ice cone, 4 pieces chicken basket w/gravy. while they tried to order these things that worked the drive was constantly saying “all different?” after every article we ordered, we felt very hastily as if we had was wasted their time. also the blizzards are not mixed so well.
Th is place is price gouging . it is funny that this location costs $18 for a box of buster bars. However, the website has the price than $11.99 a place less than two miles away fee $11.99 why the difference? the apology that he gave me was because the owner is greedy and it is a franchise. I think the prices should be the same price as the website. will never go this place again.
This was once a great place to get food. Once it was remodeled, its gone down hill. I can only assume very few staff returned once it was remodeled. At one time you could watch them make your food. Now its done in the back Also, the mess up almost every order that is not ice cream. If you want other things, hamburgers, fries, onion rings, and so on. Go across the street to BK. Hot food is often cold, and dry. You want melted cheese, not he.You may get a decent order if you do a walk in. You will almost always be missing something in the drive-through. Tonight my order was missing fries, sundae, pretzel sticks. I did not want to return. Ill go somewhere else.
Terrible experience, I went through the drive through it's 9:30 at night, your sign says close at 10, the lady in front of me, her order total, 52 dollars, the lady in front of her order total was 42 dollars, my order was 31.98, the guy behind me order was 30 dollars as well. Now when I say to you, whoever is on your drive through speaker is rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and should not be answering your speaker. It was 2 years ago the last time I visited this Dairy Queen location I haven't been there in 2 years because of a bad experience 2 years I will not be back and I do imagine you're lost at least one more customer that came through your drive through line tonight to the rudeness and unprofessional of your drive through order taker I'm in customer service as well so, yes, I may be a little critical, but tonight, I was a customer who is very disappointed )and I work at KFC I have customers that come to my speaker and they had a bad day and when they get to my window and see me they say, I was having a bad day but your voice alone just cheered me up,I like coming to the store.! And I don't just fault your drive through order taker. I counted at least 2 more people in the store that had headsets on that were allowing her to speak to customers the way she was speaking to customers. one of them should have stepped in and told her to be quiet for a little bit, because it seems as though she was frustrated, so one of them should have stepped in and said, I got this, you will not continue to talk to my customers this way and simply let her go home, because clearly she was ready to go home.
I wouldn't go to this dairy queen. I ordered a blizzard there and they didn't put any oreo in it. I called to see of they could remake it. They acted like they didn't want too. I showed up and they made me wait ten minutes and I seen them take the blizzard to the back when it's made in the front. I feel extremely sick after just eating it. I think they put something in my blizzard because I called in about it.
