Eastern Palace - Columbus

They have the best Chinese food ever! All the staff members are incredibly friendly. My family and I have been going there for over 20 years and have tried nearly everything on their extensive menu, which includes a wide range of appetizers, lunch, and dinner options. Whether you're dining in (depending on the state's COVID-19 regulations) or picking up your order to go, you will be completely satisfied with your meal!

Update 5/6/24: I've come down with food poisoning. Update 5/5/24: We ordered four meals, and unfortunately, all of the food was terrible—definitely the worst I've ever had. I was surprised they even served it, as it didn't look appetizing at all. This used to be a fantastic place, but I will never order from here again. As I write this, I've been up all night dealing with vomiting and diarrhea. Never again. On a positive note, the food was decent, but they seemed to be short-staffed, so the service was not what I'm used to. I also missed my regular server during my last two visits; he always provided excellent service.

Last night's takeout dinner was disappointing! The packaging was unacceptable. The three egg foo young patties were crammed into a container, all squished together. The bottoms of the patties were burnt black, and the rest had no flavor. Later that evening, my daughter became quite ill with symptoms of food poisoning. It's safe to say that we will never go back to Eastern Palace again.

The food was awful. We demanded a refund and will never order again. No care whatsoever was given when preparing our food. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Large empty dinning area, maybe they moved all the tables for a bigger party? food was super salty to me. I couldn't finish my meal, drink was flat and The fish tank was half empty of water. I am sure at one time this was an amazing restaurant.
