Hangovereasy - Columbus

I ordered the chicken and waffles, and I’ve dined at this restaurant many times before. However, it seems they've recently altered this dish. They changed the syrup, and I didn't like it at all. They've also modified how they prepare the chicken; while it’s still good, I preferred the old method. Overall, it’s still a decent meal, but I would recommend bringing your own syrup for the waffles.

Everything was fantastic! The chorizo had a very intense flavor, so I could only manage a small amount at a time. The sweet potato tater tots disappeared quickly. I was torn between the oatmeal pie pancakes and the gingerbread pancakes but ended up choosing the oatmeal pie. My daughter immediately snagged one of my pancakes! I'm almost hesitant to give this place a glowing review because not only was the food incredible, but the service was lightning fast too. If everyone finds out about this, I might have a long wait for my next order!

The food didn't resemble the photos at all, and some items that were supposed to be included were missing. It turns out we had to pay extra for them, despite them being listed as part of the meal. The prices are outrageous given the small portions compared to what we've received in-store.

The spicy maple sauce was good with the chicken and waffles, but the chicken was dry as a bone and flavorless. The frog eyes biscuits were black on the bottom and hard, hardly any gravy.

Food is always good, but 95% of the time we never get the drinks we order so I'm always asking for a refund. Also, why do you get 1 slice of toast with side included in a meal order, but 2 when you order a side?
