Haveli Bistro - Columbus

I liked this place the first time I visited but then their quality and service completely changed after 6 months. I was so excited to order hara bhara kabab but they were such a disappointment the second time I went. The paneer in all their dishes wasn’t so great. I actually liked the pepper mushroom appetizer.Food: 3/5

Was looking for some good flavors east/south Asian) and stumbled on this place. Super happy I did, had the lamb Tikka masala and garlic naan, phenomenal. Like damn, that was a great meal. Enjoyed the music, quality of interior, nice servers, could've attended a little more but honestly my 4/5 is still very good service, I tipped regular amt gladly. Only complaint is no beers on tap at the time I was there, just bottles, which honestly is a very first world privilege complaint. Oh I missed the rice in my pic, was basmati, not jasmine in case curious)TLDR: If you like Indian, Eat. Here. NOW!

They have the best Indian food in Columbus. The food is always delicious and fresh, authentic Indian food and the atmosphere is aesthetic and has a luxury feel. The staff always stops by and asks us if we need anything and are so quick to help out. I’ve never had a bad dining experience at Haveli and I 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to get Indian food.

Let me just say the worst food. They serve old reheated chicken, it tasted like rubber, I ended up sending it back, but the small bite I had already went it to my system and had a terrible evening with stomach cramps followed with burps and diehaarriah. Stay away from this papce.I will say the wait staff was good and prompt, and the place does look nice. But what's the point of going there if you are being served old and bad food.

Food quality was good, it has the Hyderabadi flavors, maybe the chef is from Hyderabad. No complaints, service was good, nice ambience. Mango lassi was delicious.Just a suggestion, It is an Indian restaurant, either play Indian songs in the background or do not play, the music in the background was not soothing, it is my personal opinion. I am sure people will enjoy Indian music too :
