The hot chocolate was delicious! Pancakes were good as usual. Wait was a little long, but the order was correct and the food was still hot when I got it. No serious issues.

The pancakes were very mid. They were expensive and took a very long time to get here. The cheesecake was warm and wasn't good.

Kiki was kind to us. She changed our seating to facilitate our granddaughter. Thanks!

Food was pretty good. But service was a bit slow for only 2 tables being waited on. It was like a ghost town there. Staff was really nice.

Your disgruntled employees are really negatively impacting your service. With the growing trend of people returning to work outside the house, can't you find people who aren't so displeased with having a job that they can package orders correctly and follow order instructions?
