Kfc - Columbus

Was disappointed... ordered and paid for1/2 white and half dark bucket. Chicken was all dark meat. When I tried to call the store phone only rang busy for an extended period of time. Had to resolve thru the corporate office.

I am done with KFC. We don't go here often but everytime there is something wrong. I ordered a 12 piece bucket they only gave me 1 breast. I was suppose to receive 3 they never informed me that they where out of breast and they didn't even give us to tryand makeup for not having what we ordered. I would have asked for a refund if I knew. They also never gave us butter or honey.No napkins the pop was disgusting tasted like they haven't cleaned there lines or adjusted the mixture. We are not going towaste are time or money ever again.

It feels like they aren’t really interested in doing business. The staff was rushed and pushy, and they didn’t pay attention to my requests. The French fries I received were not the large size I ordered. I won’t be coming back.

The tables were clean, and the restaurant appeared tidy and well-maintained. However, the hand dryer in the restroom was out of order. They were aware of the issue but did not offer any towels for drying hands, so I had to resort to shaking them and letting them air dry.

The second employee handed me my credit card and started to close the window when I requested a receipt. She became quite snappy and said, "As soon as the register prints it out, honey." Her tone was anything but sweet, and it was clear that they were either understaffed or not well-trained. This KFC location, at the corner of Olentangy and Bethel Road, definitely left me expecting better service without the attitude.
