Love the seasonal decorations : and of course the boba!

My most favoriteeee boba shop. I’ve had boba from a few other places and none compare to KFT. I didn’t think I liked boba until I had theirs. After trying it, I had it every day for the next week. At this point, I’ve had nearly every milk tea on the menu and have never gotten something I don’t like. I love the seasonal/collab drinks they have as well, they always have something new to try. They have the most flavorful milk teas/drinks and the boba is always made perfectly. (I’ve had others that are too hard/soft). The first drink I had from here was the Cocoa Cream Wow. It’s a good start if you’re nervous about trying the milk tea.

I love going to this place since discovering boba tea. This place is the best place to go when wanting to try boba tea for the first time. And they allow you to custom your order to the way you want it.

I used to really like the Kung Fu Tea on Sawmill but I used to get milk teas. I got a strawberry lemon green tea today, so there was no milk for the tea flavor to hide behind. As someone that has drank different types of green tea for years, it was pretty obvious that they are either using water too hot when steeping or steeping for too long because their tea is very bitter. My husband got the rosehip milk tea and was not a fan of his drink either. To top that off, the kid at the register wanted to do the bare minimum so when I asked for the drink to be made less sweet when I first ordered, he acted like I was dumb for not knowing the different percentage levels they use for sweetness. I have about 5 years of customer service experience, I get that its annoying to say the same thing everyday, but its part of the job. The woman making drinks in the back was nice though and when my drink came out too sweet even with the reduced sweetness order, she added some tea and told me to let her know if it was still too sweet. That was appreciated.

Hello! I really enjoy the tea here however every experience where I order 2 kinds of bubbles I only on one kind. It’s annoying to have to pay the extra money for only one kind
