Mcdonald's - Columbus

This Cameron Mitchell restaurant has a nice interior and solid menu. It's pretty noisy for an upscale restaurant. Nothing special on the dessert menu. The bar is packed during happy hour.

It can be hit or miss when you go inside. I recently visited when the line outside wasn't too long, but it still took five minutes for a cashier to take my order. It seems like they now assume that people coming in are just there to pick up orders, and they often avoid making eye contact, seemingly hoping that you'll leave, which I have done on occasion.

This location features both self-service kiosks and a cash register for in-person payments. They were transitioning from their breakfast menu to the regular menu at the time of my visit, but I was still able to order my two favorite breakfast items, even though they weren't listed on the digital menu behind the counter. The line was short, the service was swift, and my Sausage McMuffin with Egg, along with the Sausage McMuffin without egg, were both absolutely delicious.

This McDonald's is quite advanced in terms of ordering technology, and the service is incredibly fast. The restaurant is also very clean—actually, as I’m writing this review, an employee is busy cleaning the dining room. The staff is polite and friendly, which is definitely a plus for me.
