Panera Bread - Columbus

I ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies and the service was outstanding. The person who took my order was very friendly and ensured the cookies were baked fresh. Also, the girl at the register was incredibly sweet. The team was considerate enough to let the cookies cool a bit before packing them, handing them to me while they were still warm. These were the best cookies I've ever had. Thank you, Panera on Lane Ave—this is true customer service!

This is a fantastic spot to relax or tackle some schoolwork. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable.

The largest Panera in the U.S. has opened! I recently visited the new Panera Bread on Lane Avenue at the OSU Campus, where Cooker and Wendell's used to be, next to Conrad's College Gifts. I definitely recommend checking it out, as it’s an ideal spot for studying and using Wi-Fi. With seating for 255 people, it even has a community room available for events. The food is fantastic, just like at other Panera Bread locations. Thank you!
