This review was written not out of anger but truly by my experience. So I lived in old town east for a long time and done business with most of the fast food restaurants and generally speaking this was pleasant. But for the papa John’s located at 860 Parsons Ave in Columbus Ohio this location gets a serious thumbs down. For extremely poor customer service, Poor delivery time and that is if you even get your order, Extremely poor care of product by delivery persons. And this is currently because this location is inadequately staffed and supervised by a incompetent store general manager, assistant manager and assistant lead. As far as I’m concerned this location at 860 Parsons Ave, in Columbus Ohio gives the (Papa John’s company) regardless of independent ownership as a hole a very bad reputation in Columbus and this local community.
Every time I order from this location I'm at children's hospital for my daughter. The 3 times I've tried to give them a chance since they're the only people to deliver late/post COVID.. all deliveries are through door dash even though they tell you otherwise. First time my entire order was left on the floor outside. Second time they couldn't figure out where to go and my order was missing things. The third AND LAST time ordering from them, MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. Great food, HORRIBLE customer service, Not worth the effort in the end. Never know what you're really going to get. And don't get me started on their return/refund policy. THANKS SHAQ!
I placed an order for delivery online at 4:30pm and per the website it would arrive in 38 minutes. The order did not arrive until 6:20pm. The driver told me he hoped the order was correct as he had a lot of orders. My food was ice cold, the pizza toppings were in a pile and not spread out, and the wings were cold as well. When I called them to complain I was advised they could not do a credit as it needed to be done by the General Manage and told to call back the next day.
