Steak 'n Shake - Columbus

The butter double steak combo was fresh, hot, and well proportioned. The shakes were fresh and just the right amount of frozen. It came on time and everything was perfect.

Ordered a medium fry with my food and the container wasn't even half way filled. other than that they always have good food, just dont understand why they slack on that when everything else is pretty good.

Food was cold. the banana shake is terrible it isn't a real banana shake at all it's a ton of artificial flavoring. one of the burgers had a strip and a half of bacon which is ridiculous. will definitely be sticking to five guys.

My three children were dipped for lunch. eating was delicious! the restaurant was very clean. the personal was nice. the franchise partner even came to our table to ask how everything was. we will definitely come back!
