Subway - Columbus

On Thursday evening, just before 10:30 PM, we visited this establishment, which was set to close at 11:00 PM. Upon entering, we were greeted by a rude young woman who didn't say hello. Her long hair was down, and she wasn't wearing anything to keep it out of the food. She quietly told her coworker to start locking the door since it was almost closing time. This encounter took place on December 12, 2019, at 10:30 PM. It was clear that the staff did not care about how they treated customers. She also mentioned something about meatballs, and I hope she was honest, but her attitude ultimately cost the restaurant my business that night.

I wasn't sure how to create a Subway Melt, so I was curious about the process. In the end, I ended up toasting my sub with just cheese and no meat. I also ordered a 20 oz drink combo with my sub, but I was told they only offered 32 oz and 44 oz drinks, not the 20 oz option. This was confusing because it was listed on the menu as part of the combo and individual drink options. The staff seemed untrained and inexperienced, which contributed to the confusion.

I went back into the kitchen and made the sandwich myself. Where is the manager or supervisor to train these young workers?

This is the second time that I have been at this place (Friday 11/22 Monday 11/25), that the door is locked and nobody is around. no sign to say 'be right back'. nothing absurd! I'd rather have given me jersey bakes the business.

It’s like watching sloths make your food. They didn’t know how to make sandwiches, it was an Italian BMT... multiple times they put the meat back in the tray off of the sandwich because it looked old. I gave it 1 star because I couldn’t pick 0.
