Fries were cold, steak was fatty, waiter disappeared after food came. Had to have someone else bring the check. Would not go back.

Host service was slow and appeared to be confused about several reservations. Table service was wonderful and attentive, understood the busy nature of the evening with a performance we were attending next door at the Palace Theater. Food was fine and adequate. Felt the price point was too high for portions and quality received. It wasn't special or anything that stood out in comparison to other downtown restaurants.

They were very busy due to an event but the whole experience seemed chaotic. Our server was definitely stressed. The appetizers were delicious we had Brussels and Mac and cheese. First round of drinks were great, 2nd round had to be sent back because they just didn’t taste the same and they did correct. I ordered a salad with chicken, they forgot the chicken. My friend had the hot chicken and it was so burnt on the outside we thought it was hamburger. The manager brought us our bill, never asked or offered to split it from our group or anything. Everything just seemed extremely rushed and disorganized. Maybe on a less busy night it would’ve been better?

Underwhelming experience overall. Service was very slow and we were rushed by the waiter. We ordered appetizers and they came out separately. One of them which took so long that it was brought out after the entrees. The steak frites was not cooked as ordered but it was still good.

Beautiful atmosphere. Food was good and service was GREAT
