Írjon visszajelzéstI was very shock. Today I am appointment. I was hungry when I returned, I had not eaten. So I placed my order with Wendy's. The information I was given was they would deliver it by 2.45. I looked up at the time. It was delivered at 2:37. I could not believe it. My order always has mistakes. My order was correct. It put a smiling face on. I received plastic ware to eat with and napkins. I hadn't gotten those in weeks. The only I did not get was butter and sour cream for baked Plain Baked Potato. My roommate and I order almost very day. Today everything was fresh and still hot when delivered. Thanks
Dave's Single was correct. The baked potato was cooked fine. I asked for sour cream butter. I got one sour cream and no butter. Wendy's is still not reading the orders. If they would do what is right; they would remember they are getting paid with customer orders.
I didn't receive my sandwich, and the baked potato came without cheese and bacon. The chocolate chip cookies were actually just sugar cookies. The store isn't answering the phone; I can only leave a message. Overall, it's quite disappointing, especially since I'm disabled and visually impaired and can't go in person to resolve this.
The food is excellent, and the fries are served hot! The staff is very professional.
I placed an order with Nicole, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. There was a small mistake with my order, but she explained everything graciously and made the correction smoothly, showcasing excellent customer service. She was really pleasant and definitely knows how to treat her customers well. While we waited for the correction, she even provided my young daughters, aged 2 and 4, with crayons to keep them occupied, which was very thoughtful since they don’t have much patience at that age. Nicole truly deserves recognition for her efforts! Thank you, Nicole! You are amazing!
