Carrabba's Italian Grill

Today August 1 at around 4pm , my wife and I walked in to the Campus Drive location. There was about 8 staff and 1 manager type present. Other than that the place looked empty. We waited for about 7 minutes. NOT ONE PERSON HAD THE DECENCY TO GREET OR SEAT US. NOT ONE. Frankly we were insulted. We left. We got our early dinner at a close competitor. We were well received and I left a generous tip and (I might add a great review. Carrabbas, you need to tighten your shot group..

Excellent service. Great food. Server went out of her way to make my child a pear lemonade that sparkled…literally. Edible glitter to die for. I can’t wait to go back.

I like the mussels and the happy hour. Service is good. Beer available is lacking.

Picked up food to go. It was packed nicely and tasted delicious!

First I lost one of my beaties, tough day. Came in to have dinner by myself, this is my favorite restaurant. First the hostess came over I was alone and she said to me you look beautiful tonight. Thank you Jailyn you know how to be kind. Then the bartender Kathleen was so attentive and kind I am so grateful for you all thank you for Making my sad day way better. Sandy
