Got the baby back and ribs, and they were just okay. Potatoe salad was delicious, coleslaw had no flavor, green chile stew was pretty good.

Long wait but the staff had all the registers open and working fast Good was good

I’m Islamic and I enjoy Rudy’s BBQ. They always take special care to cut my Brisket and Prime Rib on a clean cutting board with clean utensils. No discrimination, just respectful hospitality. Everywhere else in town it’s the opposite. GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE!! Thank you to the weekend night manager Joseph for making it happen!

Great food. Serve yourself. No french fries. Meats are delicious! Decent portions.

Definitely try it out : Anyone who has been there will never forget it again For me it was some of the best brisket I've ever eaten absolutely recommended
