Pizza Hut - Commerce City

I give pizza hut 5 stars, but doordash a 0 stars! We ordered some pizzas to be delivered, and doordash was supposed to deliver it. But the driver decided to steal our food! They canceled the order without me knowing and put delivered, but I never received it. Called pizza hut, and told them what had happened, and they told me that sometimes drivers steal the food when they are big orders. So Pizza Hut was kind enough to replace our order at no cost and send an honest driver to deliver. Pizza Hut took extra steps to make sure we received it. Thanks for doing that!

Online ordering is ridiculous. Literally ordered as soon as they were supposed to be open only to find out they were closed but still stealing money via online orders. If I could give a negative review or sue I would.

I like pizza hut! Wish they did the Detroit style all the time! The wings are way better than Domino's!...

Ordered pickup on March 24th. Upon arriving home, I realized I was given the incorrect pizzas. I called the restaurant to let them know and to see if I could come back and get the correct pizzas. Apparently my pizza was also given to the incorrect person. I get it, mistakes happen but the lady who took the call and also gave me the incorrect pizza was extremely rude, blaming me for the mistake. Every other time I have came in, the employee has opened the box and asked if the pizza looked acceptable. That process could have completely eliminated this issue, however it didn't happen. I couldn't believe how rude this girl was and acted like they were doing me a favor by remaking my pizza which I had to make an additional trip to pickup.
