The Village Grill - Commerce Township

I've loved this place for a long time because of their Greek salad (best dressing ever) but I took my dad here today and wanted to share. My dad has a a brain injury, chewing/swallowing are difficult for him. I ordered a sandwich but didn't even pay attention that it came on ciabatta bread which he can't chew. I asked them for some regular sandwich bread so I could switch it out, but instead they remade the whole sandwich on pita. Some restaurants give me a hard time or act like I'm breaking bones when I need special requests (like asking for a spoon when all they give is forks) but they didn't even think twice. So thank you.

Food and service is awesome, Kathy is the best server around.

If you like awesome food that is low on the fat and grease meter, but high on the flavor meter, then The Village Grill is the place you want to visit. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it's all great. Oh, and the service is just as awesome as well, Very friendly!

Our favorite neighborhood restaurant. Great food that is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always extremely clean.

I really miss this place. The staff, the ambiance, and the food are all excellent. It's perfect for a quick, satisfying breakfast.
