These people will take care of you. If there's ANYTHING that needs repair, they will have it fixed right the first time. The apartment is great and close to the school. I love living here because of how wonderful the management is! They make you feel like family.

This place is amazing! The staff are super nice and easy to talk to, if you ever need maintenance they come very fast, and the apartments are an amazing price for what you get! I would stay if I didn't have to leave town, I was very sad to go. Absolutely recommend living here!

Creekside Manor is a great place for those looking for affordable apartments. As a college student, rent and utilities were both reasonably priced. The one bedroom style apartment had more than enough space for myself and my girlfriend to live there comfortably. The main office is closed on weekends but that never proved to be a problem for us. Spectrum is going to be your only option for internet, but with Spectrum my internet speeds reached 100 Mbps when wired through an ethernet cable. No complaints there.
